We do simple interactive activities with infants, crawlers and toddlers to teach them about God’s love for them. We give opportunities for babies to explore Bible lessons through texture, sounds, hand movements, music, and play. Through this, we are teaching simple truths about the Bible. For preschoolers, Bible stories are brought to life through video, music, activities, snacks, crafts and more. They learn about Jesus’ love for them and how to apply this to their lives.
The 1st through 3rd graders go deeper into the Bible story and look at applications that fit their age (school, sports, friends, etc.). Their small group time is also more in-depth (fewer crafts and more abstract thinking and discussion).
4th and 5th Graders check in at the Student Lounge on Sunday mornings. They join the grown-ups in the auditorium for worship. Then, they come back to the Student Lounge for an awesome message and small group time, tailored especially for their age.
Check your children in at the computers or check in desk in The Outpost. Each child receives a name tag with a number on it. Parents also receive a tag with a number that matches their children’s number. At pickup, parents must present this number to the leader. This ensures the safety of the child, so no unauthorized persons can pick your child up from the area.
After children are checked in on the computer, they also get checked into their age appropriate group by signing them in on the clip board, and write any special instructions or information about the child, such as allergies, potty training, etc.
It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of service in order to get your kiddos checked in in time.
