Grace Kids

Each Sunday at the Outpost, kids 0 – 5th grade get to worship, do cool art projects, make friends and learn about Jesus!

Look below for more info!

For Infants, crawlers and toddlers we do simple interactive activities to teach them about God’s love for them.  We give opportunities for the babies to explore the Bible lessons through texture, sounds, hand movements, music and play, all the while teaching them simple truths about the bible. For preschoolers we bring the Bible stories to life through video, music, activities, snacks, crafts and more.  They learn about Jesus’ love for them and how to apply this to their lives.

The 1st through 3rd graders go deeper into the Bible story and look at application that fits their age (school, sports, friends, etc.) Their small group time is also more in depth (less crafts and more abstract thinking and discussion)

4th and 5th Graders check in at the Student Lounge on Sunday mornings. They join the grown-ups in auditorium for worship, then come back to the Student Lounge for an awesome message and small group time built and taylored around their age-group.

Families will check their children in at the computers or check in desk in The Outpost.  They receive a name tag for each child with a number on it.  The parents also receive a tag with a number that matches their children’s number.  They must present this number to the  leader upon picking up their child.  This ensures the safety of the child, so that no unauthorized persons can pick the child up from the area.
After the family checks in their child on the computer, they also check them into their age appropriate group.  They do this by signing them in on the clip board and also write any special instructions or information about the child, eg; allergies, potty training, etc.
It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of service in order to get your kiddos checked in in time.
