Women's Rereat
This year's theme for the Women’s Retreat is "Come Away My Beloved—YOU Are My Beloved" and will be April 20-22 at Covenant Heights, Estes Park. Speaker will be Jodi Walsh and the cost is $115.00.
If interested in helping plan, please attend the meeting on February 12, at 2:30, in the Conference Room. Prayer for retreat happens Thursday nights at 6:00 in Pastor Kim’s office.
Get Involved:
Pay It Forward Quilts—give more than 100 quilts to hurting families in our community. Referrals come from local schools and church family. Nothing says love more than a quilt. Women come together a couple times a year to design and sew. Some women even quilt at home. No experience is necessary. Contact Alice VonSeggern at 970-532-5254.
Service Projects—are done throughout the year such as taking food to the homeless shelter, work projects, and helping the needy members of our church in other ways.
Agape Food Ministry—is a group of caring women that prepare delicious meals periodically to be taken to families that are experiencing illness or other crisis. Contact Julie Mizer at 970-532-2820 to get connected.
Women's Seekers Bible Study - Meets Thursdays from 9:00-11:30 at the main GP building.
Praying Moms–Meets Wednesdays mornings at 9:00 in the Family Room in the upstairs of the GP building to pray for their children. Meetings are cancelled when school isn't in session.
All Mom’s Groups—These gatherings are for all mom’s no matter what age your children might be. The ladies gather for fun, prayer, and study. They meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday mornings in the Family Room in the upstairs of Grace Place. You can contact Sarah Quillen at 970-532-0802 with any questions.
Nursing Home Ministry–Meets the first Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM at the Berthoud Living Center.
